Development of televisions

Radios were the first mass medium in the world in the 1930s later in the month of September 15th, 1959 televisions were introduced in India and which was first tested in Delhi. These were the basic television which is called CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) model. The images are displayed through a tube known as a vacuum which carries electron gun and bright screens these deflect the electron beam into the screen in order to create images.
Later in 21st century LCD screens which stands for (Liquid Crystal Display) were introduced. LCD’s are mostly used for the displays of the laptops, computers and then as television screens. This television has a flat panel which can block the light or allows to pass it. These panels are made with the segments with each and single block which are filled with the liquid crystals. Using the electrical current the colour transparency can be made for these blocks. The most important thing to be noted is the light is not produced by the LCD crystals. So, these can get through the external lightings like a fluorescent bulb to make an image.
