Kettlebell and its impact on physical fitness

A Kettlebell is a ball made of cast iron or cast steel that has a handle attached to it. Many exercises can be performed using Kettlebell. It is used for weight lifting and other trainings for strengthening muscles. The question arises to every beginner who goes to gym as what is a Kettlebell? It is a ball like tool that is used for sports and fitness training. It is nothing but equipment used to tone the arm muscles and strengthen your muscles. It has its roots from ancient times where people considered lifting them as a competition.

A Kettlebell is available in different sizes and today these are provided with adjustable screws/pins that help in weight changes. You ask your gym trainers about the importance of Kettlebelltraining. 

Features of a Kettlebell exercise:
·         Unbalanced: Unlike traditional weightlifting exercise, it is not balanced. The center does not have gravity and this is its uniqueness. In order to hold it stable, you should balance it with your core harder. Practicing this makes your core to get strong and it helps in various disorders like back pains, eliminates injury risk and increases the calorie burn.
·         Body awareness: It helps to make you more aware of your body. You can do other forms of exercises without awareness but you cannot do the similar way in Kettlebell. It needs immense focus and balance. Practicing it every day helps you feel more aware to your body and mind.
